These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern reservations, stays, and services offered by Your Hotel. By booking with us or using our website and communication channels, you agree to these Terms.
1. Reservations
- A reservation is confirmed when you receive written confirmation (email or messaging).
- Rates, packages, and availability are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
- You are responsible for providing accurate guest names, contact details, and arrival information.
2. Adults-only policy
Your Hotel is an adults-only property. Guests must be 15 years of age or older unless otherwise agreed in writing by management.
3. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless other arrangements are confirmed with the front desk. Late check-out may incur additional charges when available.
4. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in, no-shows, or early departures may be charged according to the rate plan booked. Special packages, peak dates, or third-party bookings (OTAs) may have different terms as stated at booking.
5. Payments
Deposits and balances are due as stated in your confirmation. We accept payment methods shown at checkout or communicated by our team. Prices are quoted in the property's operating currency unless otherwise noted.
6. Tours and extras
Tours, transport, meals, and other add-on services are subject to availability, weather, park regulations, and local operator schedules. Some activities require separate park tickets or fees not included in the quoted tour price unless explicitly stated.
7. Guest conduct
Guests must respect hotel staff, other guests, wildlife, and local laws. We may refuse service or end a stay without refund for unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior.
8. Liability
Adventure activities in Tortuguero involve inherent risks. Guests participate in tours and outdoor activities at their own discretion. To the extent permitted by law, Your Hotel is not liable for delays, weather, third-party operator actions, or events outside our reasonable control.
