Colones, dollars and SINPE
Record cash, card, SINPE Móvil and online payments on each reservation. Exchange rates update daily and each month keeps its own rate, so the monthly report, the safe box and payroll add up in both currencies. Card terminal closings are matched to bank deposits — photograph the slip and the numbers are read for you.
Tours, parks and transfers
Sell national park tickets, guided tours, boat and road transfers from one catalog. Road transfers are priced from the real distance on Google Maps; boat legs have shared and private prices.
Bilingual from the start
Your booking website runs in Spanish, English, German and French. Guest messages go out on WhatsApp, the way Costa Rican guests and tour operators expect.

Does Oasis do electronic invoicing (factura electrónica)?
Not built in today. Oasis issues PDF invoices and confirmations; connecting your electronic invoicing provider can be added as a custom feature — ask us on the call.
Can I record SINPE Móvil payments?
Yes. SINPE is a payment method on every reservation, next to cash, card and online payments, and it flows into the monthly report.
Is there support in Spanish?
Yes. We are in Costa Rica and work in Spanish and English, by phone or WhatsApp.
